Condition

Overall good condition. The shagreen presents with some scratches, stains and soiling throughout and some small losses of shagreen mostly concentrated along the edges. The top rear edge of the headboard with two lacks of shagreen of approximately 2,7 x 0,7 cm and 1,2 x 1 cm. The sipo veneer is slightly dry overall with some instances of light discolouration and presents with some scratches and chips of vener. The sipo on the footboard with some scattered liftings of the veneer. The Amboyna veneer is dry overall and presents with some scratches. The amboyna with some chips of veneer and scuff marks, mostly concentrated along the lower edge of the sides elements. The amboyna on the footboard presents with a scuff mark on approximately 11,5 x 2,5 cm. The ivory inlays presents with some very light liftings scattered.
