Overall in good condition. The leather surfaces with scattered scuffs, scratches, minute dents, staining and gentle discolouration consistent with age and use. The corners of the leather each with rubbing, with the rear right corner worn through exposing the wood below, measuring approximately 2 x 1 cm. The area surrounding the escutcheons with scuffs, nicks, shallow indentations and surface tears, the later concentrated to the proper right drawer. One of the escutcheons is missing. The wood legs with a few hairline cracks running vertically which are stable, and with minor scattered scuffs and scratches throughout, all consistent with age. The brass elements with some surface scratches and oxidation. The brass on the proper right side with more significant scratches. Three keys are included.
