Description

  • 19.5 cm, 7 5/8  in.
of flaring form with a gently bevelled rounded cutting edge, the opposite end pierced through with a hole, the stone well patinated to a variegated greyish-green and brown colour

Condition

One corner of the axe has been chipped, there are other shallow nicks/chips along the edges, as seen in the catalogue illustration.
