Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There is evidence of dust accumulation and some minor surface soiling. The edges and corners of the canvas show signs of light wear and handling. There is evidence of stray media and a few, scattered minor surface accretions. There is evidence of scattered pigment craquelure with a few, scattered areas of pigment loss. Under close inspection, there are two small surface abrasions at the lower edge of the canvas with associated pigment loss and a small surface abrasion at the top left with associated radiating pigment craquelure and a few losses to the pigment. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
