Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly lighter in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are loose threads throughout which is in keeping with the artist's working process. Close inspection reveals some irregularities and drying cracks in places to the painted areas. There are further surface irregularities with a few associated small losses in a white patch towards the upper left corner, which are possibly original. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
