Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly darker in the original. Condition: This work is in good condition. Close inspection reveals some light wear in places to the edges, and a few pinprick-sized losses towards the lower half of the right edge and towards the upper left corner. There are networks of thin craquelure throughout the composition, and a stretcher bar impression to the left half. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
