Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the blue is slightly lighter in the original. Condition: This work is in good condition. Very close inspection reveals some thin and unobtrusive tension cracks in places along the edges as well as some light wear to the corner tips. Further inspection reveals some light rub and handling marks along all four edges, some slight buckling to the canvas in the upper left corner as well as stretcher bar marks along all four edges. Extremely close inspection reveals an unobtrusive network of hairline cracks to the centre of the lower left quadrant, and another one towards the centre of the upper right quadrant. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
