Condition

This work is in very good and sound condition overall. All elements are present and stable. The canvas is hinged intermittently along the reverse of the upper edge to the backing board. There is an undulation to the canvas and the paper collage elements. Areas of the paper collage elements are lifting off of the canvas, inherent to the undulation of the medium, but none of the elements appear to be unstable. There are scattered passages of linear hairline cracking, primarily concentrated around the 50, visible upon close inspection. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is evidence of adhesive residue on and around the paper collage elements that fluoresces, but no evidence of restoration. Framed under glass.
