Condition

This work is in good condition overall. There are scattered accretions, primarily to the unpainted passages. There is wear with associated pigment and sand loss to the white element at the upper left corner, including linear abrasions, the longest of which is three inches. There are water marks, primarily to the lower edge of the canvas. There is a 1 inch horizontal linear accretion to the black passage along the right vertical edge. Under Ultraviolet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
