This work is in very good condition overall. The work is mounted to a canvas board. There is evidence of wear and handling to the edges with associated faint smudge and handling marks in the margins, particularly along the edges. Under close inspection, there is very faint hairline cracking on the extreme overturn edges where canvas was stretched over the stretcher bar, most noticeably along the bottom edge. There is evidence of surface accretion throughout, most noticeably in the lower left quadrant approximately 3 in. from the bottom edge and 3.5 in. from the left edge, likely from time of execution. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed in a Plexiglas box.
