Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. Light soiling is present along the extreme edges of the canvas. Two pinpoint green surface accretions are present in the upper right quadrant, in one of the brown bands. A one-inch diagonal surface scuff is present in the lower left quadrant. A 1/4 inch diagonal black surface accretion is present at the extreme upper left corner, above the purple band. A few intermittent pinpoint spots of media loss are present int he lower quadrants. Under ultraviolet light examination, the artist's signature becomes apparent in the lower left quadrant, in the lowermost red stripe.
