Condition

This work is in very good and sound condition overall. The scattered signs of wear, such as scratches and losses to the paint and some oxidation in the metal are inherent to the nature of the found materials and the artist’s working method. This work is accompanied by, and exhibited on, an aluminum base also gifted by the artist to the present owner. The aluminum base exhibits signs of light wear and handling.

Catalogue Note

"Some seem to think that I work with found pieces, but I don't. They're chosen, you see. The idea is that there has been a lot of magic implied in the choice."
