Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is a fine pattern of drying cracks throughout, some of which have tiny specks of associated loss. Close inspection reveals a few minute losses to all four extreme overturn edges. Further very close inspection reveals some further minute and unobtrusive specks of loss to some of the impasto peaks. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra violet light.
