Condition

Colour: The colour in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate, although the background is warmer and the red is more vibrant in the original. Condition: This work is in very good and original condition. Close inspection reveals a few media accretions and thread pulls in isolated places to the linen ground, all of which look to be in keeping with the artist's choice of materials. Further close inspection reveals some light wear to the central panel of deerskin.
