Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the flesh tones are cooler in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. All collaged elements are stable.Very close inspection reveals a few thin and unobtrusive drying cracks to some of the thicker areas of impasto. Further close inspection reveals a thin crack with a few small associated specks of loss on the ankle of the right hand side figure. All other surface irregularities are in keeping with the artist's working process and choice of media. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
