Condition

Overall the condition is very good, with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a few original stable casting fissures which have been reinforced at the back, this is particularly visible on the left side of the relief at the centre and on the right side, where there are two diagonal fissures and a small lacunae to the back of the head of the seated lady on the right side. A metal reinforcement has been applied to the back at the centre. There are a few minor nicks and scratches, in particularly to the edges.
