depicting a Bacchante surrounded by an anthemion and scrolling leaf border, within a Greek key border
Condition
Generally in reasonable conserved condition and of fine quality. The slate ground with areas of cloudiness to polished surface – as visible in the catalogue photo - which would benefit from attention and generally with typical minor old marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Offered with protective glass top but no base/stand. A highly decorative top.
