Description

  • 68cm. high, 64cm. wide, 40cm. deep; 26¾in., 25in., 16in.

Condition

A chic pair of tables in generally reasonable original condition. The Coromandel lacquer panels retain plenty of colour and display typical minor old marks, scratches and bowing consistent with age and use. Chips and losses to gilltwood stands - notably to feet and rear corner edge of one table - also entirely consistent with age and use which would benefit from further cosmetic attention according to taste. Tops appear to have been re-fixed at some point and the underside of one has a strengthening baton along one side. Highly decorative.
