Condition

In overall very good condition. Ewer repolished, unusual later spout, later handle, friezes on body modified. The maker's mark could be that of Jean Rousselet who became master in 1684 but whose mark is unknown. Provenance: Christie's London, 9 March 1988, nr 46.
