To the naked eye: Both paintings appear to be in good condition and both unlined. The paintings have been correctly cleaned, probably in the 2nd half of the 20th century. Still life with chocolate pot: We notice a restoration under the table tray, and another one in the tablecloth: from the bread until the lower right corner (20 cm approx.). Still life with jug: We cannot notice any restorations. Under U.V. light: Still life with chocolate pot: The painting appears under a non-uniform varnish, slightly green. Les tableaux ont fait l'objet d'un nettoyage, probablement au cours de la deuxième moitié du XXe siècle, correctement réalisé. Nature morte à la chocolatière : on remarque une restauration sous le plateau de la table, et une autre restauration diagonale sur la nappe, partant des pains et allant jusqu'à l'angle inférieur droit sur environ 20 cm. Nature morte au pichet : On ne remarque pas de restaurations. A la lampe U.V. : Nature morte à la chocolatière : le tableau se présente sous un vernis non homogène, légèrement vert.
