Condition

The colours in the catalogue illustration are slightly brighter and more contrasted than in the original work. The work is composed of torn posters assembled with tape. The overall collage is not mounted to any paper or cardboard. The work is in very good original condition.

Catalogue Note

During July 1974, Marie-Louis Jeanneret, the Geneva-based art dealer invited Warhol for a two week residency at the Centro internazionale di Sperimentazioni Artistiche in Boissano, Italy where she organized the exhibition Astrattismo e Pop Art from July 21st to September 15th 1974.
