Provenance

Acquired in China between 1894 and 1922.
Thence in the family by descent.

Condition

The cloth on both wood covers is worn and partly or almost entirely missing on the back cover. There is staining to the gold-flecked paper on the inside covers. There is light overall staining to the paper mounts around the calligraphies. There is very light overall wear to the calligraphies, some minor losses to the paper. One leaf has become partly detached.
