Description

  • height 7 3/4 in.
  • 19.6 cm
of tall cylindrical form with a stepped foot, the broad strap handle incised with a geometric pattern, applied on the exterior with three canted square panels, each molded in relief with identical coat of arms, probably the arms of the Earls of Onslow.

Condition

There is a patch of restoration to domed foot, perhaps a restored rim chip. Half of the inner band from the right of the handle to the first armorial with sprayed. It is difficult to determine extent what damage is present. In overall good appearance.
