Description

  • 6.2 to 8.5 cm, 2 1/2  to 3 3/8  in.
one bottle inset with a reticulated white jade 'butterfly' plaque; the other embellished with white jade and hardstones

Condition

The three pieces are generally in good condition. There is some wear and oxidization to the silvery part of the butterfly bottle. There are a few dents to the metal mounts of the round jade bottle and traces of an old glue showing around the jade at the interstice with the metal mounts, as well as around the small hardstones at the bottom embellishing the base. There are some chips around the edges of the frog carving and traces of glue on the green coloured section of the stone.
