Description

  • 8.2 cm, 3 1/4  in.
the compressed globular body rising from three legs to a constricted neck and flat everted mouth, applied with a milky-blue glaze liberally splashed with purple, the glaze draining to a mushroom tone at the rim and stopping short of the legs, all supported on a wood stand carved in the form of a lotus pod

Condition

There are glaze firing imperfections, including an area of uneven thin and bubbly glaze to about a third of the rim, and minor glaze pulls. One foot has a shallow chip.
