Description

  • 12.4 cm, 4 7/8  in.
the bowl supported on a splayed foot carved with petals below a disc-shaped collar encircling the stem, the domed cover applied with a finial in the form of a gnarled branch, applied overall with a blue-tinged transparent glaze

Condition

The stem bowl and cover are in overall good condition. There are two chips to the cover rim (largest approx. 2cm), and chips and flakes to the rim of the stem bowl (largest approx. 1cm), and several flakes to the foliate foot.
