Description

  • 33.5 cm, 13 1/4  in.
of lotus-leaf form, the rounded sides rising from a curling stem formed short foot to an everted foliate rim, painted overall with detached flower sprays

Condition

There is an unburst air bubble to the interior of the dish which has been smartly integrated in the design as a bump on the back of a cicada, some occasional firing imperfections such as air bubbles to the rim and iron spots but overall the dish is in good condition. There is some wear to the enamel on the interior as visible on the photo.
