  • 14 cm, 5 1/2  in.
the censer and the cover modelled as a three-legged toad perched on a larger toad, the cover with an opening through the toad's mouth, Japanese box

Provenance

A Japanese private collection.

Condition

The cover has a small restored chip (approx. 0.5 by 1 cm) to one corner. The incense burner has a tiny flake to the hind leg. There are also original firing flaws.
