Description

  • 3.8 and 5.1 cm, 1 1/2  and 2 in.
the endearing goose depicted grasping a flower spray in its mouth; the other carved in openwork with a squirrel resting among leafy grape vines 

Provenance

Collection of T.Y. Chao (1912-1999).

Condition

There is a minor chip to the goose’s beak and and floral stem, as well as tiny nicks to the feet. The squirrel group is in overall good condition.
