Description

  • 39 cm, 15 3/8  in.
carved overall with large lotus blossoms and attendant buds wreathed in scrolling leafy stems, between a band of ruyi-heads at the rim and petal panels encircling the base, applied overall with an opaque white glaze

Condition

The jardiniere is overall in good condition. There is some surface ware, and expected firing impurities including pin-prick air bubbles and minor iron spots.
