the interior painted with an egret in a lush lotus pond, surrounded by alternating purple and pink peony sprays, the rim with bats amidst cloud scrolls, the exterior similarly painted, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark
Condition
The basin is in good general condition. There are some expected imperfections to the glaze, including a small firing flaw (approx. 0.7 x 0.4 cm) on a pink flower to the exterior. Some minor enamel wear and scratches.
