the shallow rounded sides rising from a tapered foot to an everted rim, the interior decorated with a five-clawed dragon writhing amid crested waves, the exterior similarly decorated with nine dragons striding above waves

Condition

Overall good condition with an original pinprick to the centre of the mark and a tiny flake to the unglazed footrim. The iron-red has been generally well preserved.
