Provenance

Condition

This scroll pot is in good overall condition. There is a chip to one of the burl near the bottom edge with a section of the wood that appears to have detached and been re-affixed to the pot. There is further light pitting or occasional wear in areas, as well as a few age cracks extending from the rim, all consistent with age. The pot is of impressive size, cut out from a tree of great age and bears a fine patina.
