covered in a mottled greenish-blue glaze with a silver sheen, the glaze stopping irregularly above the foot

Condition

There is some old retouching in areas to the surface ‎glaze on the outside (showing under UV), scattered on a section approximately covering half of the circumference of the pot near the base, most likely to cover glaze losses or secure flaking. There are a few original grits to the outside including one larger where the pot was adhering to the kiln on one side, all typical of the type. Otherwise the pot is in good condition.
