Description

The oval pendant depicting the Virgin Mary and two angels in polychrome enamel, to a gold guilloché enamel ground, framed by circular-cut diamonds, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark, gross weight approximately 4.00 grams.  

Condition

Signed Cartier and numbered 2696 to reverse. Detachable pendant loop stamped with French assay mark for 18 carat gold and maker's mark. Some minor surface wear to plaque. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.40-0.50 carats. Scratches to metal surfaces. Overall in good condition. Length approximately 32 x 16 mm. Gross weight approximately 4.00 grams.
