Description

Claw-set with a step-cut emerald, framed by brilliant-cut diamonds, to an outer surround of ballerina-set baguette diamonds, size 47 (sizing band), French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum, maker's mark, gross weight approximately 11.46 grams.

Condition

Accompanied by LFG report no. 347275, stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with no indications of treatment. French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum, maker's mark LG. Emerald mid green, transparent, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching, some areas of minor chipping and wear to facet edges, measuring approximately 9.2 x 7.2 x 3.5mm, calculated to weigh approximately 1.59 carats. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.40 - 1.60 carats. Light scratches to stone and metal surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 11.46 grams.
