Description

Of shield design, set with circular-cut sapphires and diamonds, French assay marks for platinum and maker's marks, gross weight approximately 22.66 grams.

Condition

Stamped with French assay marks for platinum and French maker's marks JR to reverse of clip and edge of brooch. Sapphires dark blue, transparent, inclusions visible under magnification, surface wear such as scratches, rubbed facet edges and some chips. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.00-3.50 carats. Scratches to metal surfaces. Clip with tight tension. Overall in good condition. Gross weight approximately 22.66 grams.
