Condition

It has not been possible to see the work entirely unframed. The panel is sound. There is a milky varnish which appears to have slightly yellowed, preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however examination under UV light appears to reveal one tiny dot of retouching to the central boat. There a few minor dots of dirt in places, notably towards the centre of the right edge and to the lower part of the left edge. There is some frame rubbing along the extreme edges. This work is in overall very good condition.
