Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on cardboard, which is hinged to the overmount with tape along the upper edge. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouching. There are a few pinholes to the centre of the upper edge and lower edges. There is a U shape repaired tear (approx. 1,5 cm long) to the left part of the lower edge. There are a few minor fine lines of craquelure in the white pigment. The sheet is slightly light stained and there is some mount staining to the extreme edges (not visible when framed). There are some dots of foxing and a few specks of superficial dirt in places. This work is in overall good condition.
