Condition

There is some flaking to the wood on the proper right upper arm and a small crack running across and then up the proper right upper arm. There are many small areas of minor pigment loss and rubbing, as is typical with these figures, particularly to the front and reverse of the torso and at the very bottom of the legs. There is a black mark on the proper left side of the front, centre of the torso approximately 1 cm long. There are hairline cracks to the proper left of the groin area and extending down the proper left leg. There is a crack at the lower end of the proper left arm approximately 4 cm long.Overall the sculpture appears to be in very good condition with no visible evidence of repair or restoration. Pigments remain stable.
