Condition

The canvas has not been lined. Four thin wooden batons have been nailed along the four turnover edges of the canvas. There is a pattern of hairline craquelure throughout, however not too distracting. There are four pin-head sized nail holes in the far four corners respectively. Inspection under ultra-violet reveals small isolated spots of cosmetic retouching, including one small area to the right of the man holding a newspaper, and some other minor spots in the sky. Overall, this work is in good condition and is ready to hang. Presented in a decorative frame.
