Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is minor rubbing to the patina on the high points including the hair. The proper left arm and the proper left leg are cast separately, and joints are very slightly visible. There are a few minor scratches, including to the back of the neck, the proper left buttock, below the proper right buttock, on the proper left elbow and on the proper left shin. There is some flaking to the patina, notably to the lower back and to the chin. There is some minor greening to the patina, including to the proper right thigh.
