Condition
Original canvas. Faint signs of stretcher bar marks to edges. Appears in good condition overall.
Under ultraviolet light there appear to be no signs of retouching.
Held in gilt wood frame.

George Pollexfen was the brother of Susan Yeats and it was through George - JBY's school friend at the Atholl Academy in Sligo - that he was to meet his future wife.
