Condition

Overall good condition. The brass elements with spotty tarnishing and slight variations in color throughout the shade and base due to age and handling which will likely improve with a strong brass polish. The central column rocks slightly on the base and would benefit from a new screw and/or professional tightening. The push button at the top of the shade is original, but slightly finicky to turn on. Overall a pleasing sized table lamp with perfectly balanced design proportions. With the subtle perforated brass detailing, it is a timeless design. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
