Overall very good original condition, light natural wear to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and use. The teak tips to the enameled metal frames are all present and in very good condition. The inner and outer glass shades are remain in excellent condition. The larger blue glass elements are slightly narrower and therefore do not sit snuggly within their frames, however this appears to be characteristic of the design and does not adversely affect the lamps operation or attractive appearance in any way. Similarly the brass caps that rest on the tops of the glass shades do not fit precisely and need to be adjusted until they sit squarely – again this appears to be characteristic of the design. The brass elements have age related oxidation to their surfaces. Overall in our opinion the lamps present well and this represents a rare opportunity to acquire a scarce model.
