Condition

The sheet is attached to the mount along the upper and lower edges. The sheet is slightly deckled along the right hand edge. There is one artist's pinhole in the upper right corner, not visible in the current mount. There is some cracquelure in the darker tones of pigment throughout, in particular in the lower left quadrant where there are some tiny associated losses, with some further extremely minor tiny losses visible elsewhere. There is some light discolouration to the sheet visible in places. Subject to the above the work is in overall good condition. The work is window mounted and held in a simple wooden frame, held behind glass. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present lot.
