Condition
The board is sound and the paint surface is in good overall condition with areas of rich impasto.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
There is a small area in the sky at the top edge of the picture which fluoresces but this is probably the artist's original pigment.

Contained in a simple gilt and canvas-covered frame.
