Condition
The canvas has been lined. There area some areas of faint craquelure pattern. A slightly discoloured layer of surface varnish and some specks of surface dirt. A few scattered scuffs and minor surface marks.
UV light inspection reveals a heavy and uneven layer of opaque surface varnish which obscures more accurate reading.
Held in a decorative gilt frame.
