Condition
This picture is relined and in very good condition. There is only very faint craquelure in the sky which is only visible upon very close inspection. There is a minor surface abrasion to the hillside upper right. The picture is clean and ready to be hung.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
There are cosmetic flecked retouchings in the sky and the edges of the picture and very minor retouchings in the water. The retouchings are not excessive and have been well-applied.

This picture is contained in a moulded plaster sweep frame.
