Condition
Original canvas. Very faint stretcher bar marks. A small spot of paint loss in sky upper left and another in sky upper right. The surface appears slightly dirty and may benefit from a light clean.
Under ultraviolet light there is an area of retouching near the centre left edge; also some flecked retouchings in the upper right quadrant. A few possible retouches elsewhere.
Held in a gilt plaster frame.
